ContingencyCase.com - Explore your legal options...

Here's another cool web-based internet exclusive directory opportunity for lawyers.

www.ContingencyCase.com

This is an excellent website lawyer directory (that's coming out soon) that features lawyers who will consider taking your legal case on a Contingency basis. There are all kinds of attorneys who can advertise their services. Personal injury attorneys, products liability lawyers, dog-bite attorneys, slip and fall lawyers, lemon law lawyers, wrongful death attorneys, auto accident attorneys, employment discrimination attorneys, civil rights attorneys, first amendment lawyers and more.

Check it out. As the ecomoy is getting tougher, it's nice to know there are attorneys who will not charge you a legal fee unless they win your case. Attrorney fees can get veery expensive.

As they say on their website: "explore your legal options"

BKAttorneys.Net - Great Site for Bankruptcy Lawyers

Check out this site:

BKAttorneys.Net

This is an example of a web-based internet directory for lawyers. The great thing about this site is that there are only 5 bankruptcy attorneys or lawyers listed in each city. For example, in Newport Beach, California (Orange County) there are only 5 BK attorneys that are listed in Newport Beach.

This means, when someone in, let's say Laguna Beach or Huntington Beach, or Fullerton or Anaheim goes looking on the Interent for a BK lawyer in Orange County, California they will only find 5 bankruptcy attorneys listed in Newport Beach.

For bankruptcy lawyers, this means a better chance of getting found on an interent search.

The charge to be listed on the site is $99.95 annual fee. This includes the administrative costs to post your BK attorney profile and you can also upload your bankruptcy documents, firm videos, pictures and logos.

Pretty cool example of Digital Property Advertising and Marketing.

Web Co. Brand Building 101 - Don't let competitors and ex-employees tarnish your good name

More and more companies are scanning the internet to see if unscrupulous competitors and former employees are tarnishing their brand or otherwise engaging in online defamation or trade libel. You need to keep an eye on what's being said about you out there on the internet, and on website, chat boards, bulletin boards, discussion groups, and the major search engines like AOL, Yahoo, MSN, and Live.com.

DIGITALDEFAMATION.com (Our Internet Defamation Law Site)

Check out http://www.digitaldefamation.com/ to sign up for a low cost service to scan the internet and send a "take-down letter" to stop the nonsense. This may be the best move you ever make. You company is not worth much without the brand value. The big companies like NIKE, Microsoft, General Motors, etc., you can bet they do not sit by and let people make a mockery of their trademarks. Play with the big boys for a low low cost. The take down letters are just $99.

There is also a service that allows parents to have the internet scanned to see what type of private information may be out there about there kids. Companies can also sign up for the service. Cost is $199. Check it out. Could be money well spent.
